Terms of use and sale

These terms apply when you use prayermadueke.com or buy from it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. The seller is Prayer Publications LLC.

Your account

An account is created with your first purchase. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Digital products

eBooks, Video Trainings and the digital parts of Paths are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and keep eBooks on your own devices. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute files or videos. Churches and groups wanting copies for members can ask the office about bulk licences.

Video Training access

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Video Training is offered through this website or a successor platform. If we move trainings to another platform we will give account holders at least 30 days’ notice and carry access across.

Paperbacks

Paperback checkout is currently unavailable.

Some paperbacks are sold here and printed to order by Amazon KDP; others link to Amazon, where Amazon’s terms apply. Shipping is to United States addresses only. See the shipping and delivery policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer orders are held for 7 days and cancelled if payment has not arrived. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Refunds

Digital purchases carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full rules are in the refund policy.

Reviews and messages

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and free of abuse, personal information and advertising. We may remove reviews that break these rules. By posting a review you allow us to display it on this site with your display name. We mark reviews “Verified purchase” when the item was bought here.

Counselling and prayer support offered through this site are spiritual and pastoral. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and are not a substitute for professional care. Intellectual property

All books, videos, text, prayers and design on this site belong to Prayer M. Madueke or Prayer Publications LLC and are protected by copyright. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; anything more needs written permission.

Limits of liability

We provide the site and products as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
