Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Prayer Publications LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use madueke.com, buy from the shop, watch Video Trainings or contact the office, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Prayer Publications LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. It publishes the books, Video Trainings and Paths of Prayer M. Madueke and runs this website.
Mailing address: 155 Willowbrook Boulevard, Wayne, NJ 07470, United States. Email: hello@madueke.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the shop, your library and the ministry’s correspondence:
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Orders: what you bought, prices, dates, billing address and, for paperbacks, your shipping address and phone number if you give one.
- Payments: handled by Stripe and PayPal. We see the card type, last four digits and payment status. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Learning progress: lessons you have opened or marked complete, and Path steps you have marked as read.
- Messages: what you send through the contact and counselling forms. Counselling requests can include personal and sensitive details; only the office team reads them.
- Reviews: the rating, text and display name you submit, and whether you bought the item here.
- Email preferences: whether you subscribe to teachings and release news, held in Kit.
- Usage data: with your permission only, Google Analytics records pages visited, device type and approximate location. See the cookie policy.
How we use it
To deliver what you buy, keep your library working, send receipts and account emails, answer messages, ship paperbacks, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting duties and, if you agree, send teachings by email. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe and PayPal — payments and fraud checks.
- Amazon KDP — the name, shipping address and phone number needed to print and ship a paperback you buy here.
- Kit — your email address and preferences, for newsletters. Zoho Mail — order, account and office correspondence.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- YouTube and Vimeo — when you play an embedded video, those services may set their own cookies.
- Our website host and WooCommerce — to store your account and orders.
- Authorities — when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records: 7 years, for tax purposes. Account and learning progress: while your account is open. Contact and counselling messages: 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
