Digital items are delivered at once to your library. Paperback checkout is currently unavailable. The physical delivery terms below apply when paperback ordering is offered on this website.

Digital delivery

eBooks, Video Trainings and Paths are available in your library as soon as payment is confirmed, with a receipt and access links by email. Bank transfer orders unlock when the transfer arrives, usually in 1–3 business days.

Where we ship

Paperbacks sold on this website ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. Outside the United States, buy the paperback from your local Amazon store.

How long it takes

Allow about 2 weeks in total: printing takes 3–5 business days, then delivery by the carrier. You will get an email when your book is printed and another with tracking when it ships.

Order placed — confirmation email
Printing — 3–5 business days
Shipped — tracking number by email
Delivered — usually within 2 weeks of ordering

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Changing your address

You can change the shipping address within 12 hours of ordering by contacting the office. After printing starts the address cannot be changed. Keep your shipping address up to date on the Addresses page.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at hello@madueke.com, with your order number and a photo if the book is damaged. We will reprint and resend, or refund you.
