Refund policy

If something you bought is not what you hoped, we want to put it right. This page explains what can be refunded, how, and how long it takes.

eBooks, Video Trainings and Paths

Every digital purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the order. You do not need to give a reason. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded items is removed from your library.

Partial refunds

We refund part of an order when only some items are returned, or when a Path includes something you had already bought here. In that case we refund the price you paid for the duplicate item, and the rest of the Path stays in your library.

Paperbacks bought on Amazon

Amazon handles returns and refunds for paperbacks bought on Amazon, under Amazon’s return policy. Start the return from your Amazon orders page.

Paperbacks bought on this website

Paperbacks bought here are printed to order, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo where possible. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email hello@madueke.com or use the contact form with your order number. You do not need to send anything back for digital items.

When the money arrives

Card and PayPal refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are sent to the account the payment came from within 5 business days.

Gifts to the ministry

Gifts and donations are not purchases and are not covered by this policy. If you gave in error, write to the office within 14 days and we will look at it.
