Finding Christ in the End of Christmas

The end of Christmas every year, which is not even in the Bible, usually ends on December 25 at midnight. But for many, their Christmas continues in sin, and a lot of people continue to celebrate Christmas without Christ in their lives. In turn, the devil’s calls also increase at this time, but I plead with you—receive Christ into your life in these last days of the year.

I want you to reflect on God’s faithfulness to you this year. Be reminded that as you are facing the last days of this year, the devil may have concluded his plans to end your life so as to spend eternity with him in hell.

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, if any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

John 7:37

As these last days of the year have come, so the last days of your life on earth will one day come. Today may even be that day, so do not delay your salvation. For some, the final days—the final hour—may arrive without them being prepared to die in order to leave this world for a better place.

A few years ago, a lady in the eastern part of Nigeria heard a vision of the rapture in the last 5 days of the year and ran to the church. She wanted to join the prayers for deliverance going on that year. The deliverance minister refused her with the excuse that she did not register her name for the deliverance that week. She cried and begged, but they said no. I also pleaded on her behalf, but to no avail. Unfortunately, on the 31st of December, five days later, she died.

As the last days of this year will or have finally come, Jesus is still pleading with you. He entreats enemies to be reconciled with God, sinners to seek and receive pardon, thirsty souls to drink from the waters of life, and believers to launch into the deepest well of blessings to be cleansed, mightily prospered, and abundantly provided for.
