Ministers with limited experience are eagerly entering personal ministry. They are moved by the struggles of others and believe it is their duty to step in and offer assistance without first seeking guidance from God. Despite their own need for liberation, they prioritize helping others and overlook their own fundamental issues. Similarly, Moses was stirred by the injustices faced by the Israelite people at the hands of the Egyptians.
“Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth”
(Proverbs 19:2).
Moses took the right decisions at the wrong time. He did not wait for God’s time. He had the knowledge but he used it at the wrong time. He was in haste to do the right thing, and it became a mistake. He suffered for acting at the wrong time.
“An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed”
(Proverbs 20:21).

As believers, you must not be in haste, no matter what you are passing through in life. Moses had no authority from Egypt to correct the wrongs, and no commission from God to fight for the rights of the children of Israel. He acted prematurely, under the influence of impatience, and he got into trouble eventually.
Moses started without God’s leading. It was an assignment from God but his timing was wrong; and as a result, he became a self-appointed leader. He worked outside God’s time and instructions. He was a self-commissioned minister without authority from the highest authority.
“Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste”
(Isaiah 28:16).
He was greatly trained and qualified for the job, but he was in haste. He had all that it took to start a ministry, but the fruit of the spirit (patience), longsuffering, was not in him. He should have taken time to pray, and fast if need be, to destroy the spirit of anger in him. But he was so impatient to start the ministry to help others without helping himself first.
“In your patience possess ye your souls”
(Luke 21:19).
He possessed all the qualities, but the demons in his foundation were not dealt with. The powers of darkness in his place of birth were reigning in him. He knew the history of his birth, and all information about Egypt, but he neglected to research about his foundation.
“There are many self-proclaimed deliverance ministers today who help others but haven’t found their own deliverance. As I travel, I observe many leaders with large followings, just like the Israelites followed Moses in the wilderness, who solve other people’s issues but struggle with their own. People turn to them for salvation, but these leaders are too proud to seek it themselves. They deliver powerful sermons and urge others to repent and pray to escape their own shackles, but they remain trapped in their own bondage.
