Because goodness is inherent in God’s nature, He has the power to heal those who are suffering. His love is demonstrated through His acts of delivering those who are afflicted. For instance, in the Bible, Jesus showed His love by healing Jairus’ daughter who was close to death. He also cured people with various illnesses and ailments such as leprosy, paralysis, fever, and blindness. Jesus was moved by love to help those in need.
Jesus in His love nature delivered people who were possessed with devils, withered hand, fear of death, the disabled and dumb people (Mt 8:16,1728-32. 12:10-13. 14:22-32. 15:21-28). He delivered a certain man’s son who was lunatic, sore vexed, sick multitudes and cast unclean spirits out from people.
When they came to the crowd, a man approached Jesus and knelt before him. “Lord, have mercy on my son,” he said. “He has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.” “You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.” 18 Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed at that moment.

paraphrase; If you have been afraid of asking Jesus to heal you, do not be afraid again. He is naturally good in doing good things. He can deliver you at the point of death. He can loose you from bondage, destroy you barrenness, calm your storms, destroy your infirmities and walk you out of every darkness. Ask Him to have mercy upon you because healing is the mercy of God in action.
You must reject everything that opposes your healing, freedom and abundant life. The word of God when believed for your healing can be quicker, more powerful and sharper than any two edged sword. It can pierce, enter into any darkroom of your life, arrest every demon in charge of your sickness and any problem in your life. The word of God can cut you off from sickness, suffering, hardship, oppression and even from death. It can divide your bones, soul, spirit into bites. It can divide your joints, marrow, thoughts, and the intents of your heart and remove every bad thing in them without pains in a split of seconds. The demons behind your sufferings, diseases and sickness may hide your problems from the laboratory tests but they are exposed by God’s word. They may be stronger than any medical doctor, all your helpers but they are nothing before the word of God. At the appearance of God’s word before your sickness, diseases and troubles, they will bow, surrender and give up the ghost.
