The water spirit was a high-ranking angel that was created by God along with the devil and other angels. God loved all of these angels and provided them with a magnificent home in heaven and all their needs. However, the water spirit joined the devil in plotting against God. Although God gave these angels a lot of power, they were deceived into believing that they had been given all the power that existed.
With that false and fake knowledge, the devil and the queen of heaven deceived many of the angels to rebel against God. The principal angel that started the rebellion was the devil called Lucifer originally. The other principalities that joined him in the rebellion were the powers in the waters.
Before they started planning, God knew and was watching them. God saw their fall before they failed. All that they imagined in their heart God knew them in advance. God called them and let them know that He knew all that they have said in their heart. God must have tried to help them by informing them how they planned to overthrow him. He must have warned them of the danger but they would not listen. God must have told them that they don’t have enough power to achieve their plans and purpose but because they were under deceit they would not believe God. They went ahead with their plans but God mobilized the other faithful angels to disgrace them.

“Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.”
(Isaiah 14:11-15).
This is the origin of the devil’s fall and the water spirit. These same powers came into the world to occupy every space. Some fall into the hills, heavenlies, water etc. These powers work with millions of devils they use to torment people on earth. They are the powers that work with evil people, men and women that are in positions of authority all over the world in all the nations and places. They go about to and fro deceiving people who believe in them. Their only duty is to move people against God. Enter into spiritual relationships, commit spiritual fornication, covenant with people and use them to corrupt the whole world. She gives those who believe in her power to draw people away from God. She uses people to work against God’s plan on earth.
“And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”.

Anywhere she sees people who are gathered together, she goes in their midst to deceive their leader and she then empowers the leader with the same spirit of deceit to deceive all the people under the leader. Whenever she draws people away from God, she makes them abominable to fight against God. The acts of many leaders and people under them today are exactly the act of the fallen super angel. This principality visited one great prince with great people under him and deceived them. When this Prince, the Leader, President of Tyrus was visited and deceived into covenant with this evil personality, he lost all his divine attributes. If a king or a person submits himself to God, you obey God and talk like God. If you submit to water spirit, you loose your Godly nature, natural feelings and possess the feeling and the nature of whom you obey.
“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”
(Romans 6:16).
So when this prince of Tyrus obeyed this evil personality, he possessed the evil personality, he possessed the evil nature and began to talk like the person he submitted to in covenant. He lost his identity and he opened his mouth to talk like the fallen angels.
“Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:”
(Ezekiel 28:2).
The whole nation of Tyrus got corrupted by this principality through their prince, president and they placed themselves above human limits. They were deceived to believe that they were God. Their hearts were lifted and their prince opened his heart to say, I am God, I sit in the seat of God, amid the seas. This is water spirit speaking through a king, prince and leaders of the people. It happened once to a king called Herod and another king called Nebuchadnezzar.
