In the beginning, everything that God made was regarded as good. When God created Adam, he gave him the ability to sleep. While you sleep, God works wonders in you and for you. He caused Adam to sleep and designed a wife for him! Humans require sleep, which serves as a constant reminder of our limits and reliance on the Lord. It is a gift from God. A healthy lifestyle includes sleep, which is also a sign of faith in God’s protection and providence. Therefore, God’s children ought to have a yearning for sound sleep and relaxation.
