The blood of Jesus offers many benefits. When Christ died, our sins and curses were laid upon Him on the cross, and He died to take them out of the way. His death reconciled man to God. Christ gave His life as a ransom for as many as would believe in Him. His blood is the blood of the New Testament, which He shed for the remission of our sins.
“For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins”
Matthew 26:28
Jesus has purchased you with His blood. He paid the price for your salvation with it. He died so that you would live eternally and not die forever. Therefore, as you lift Christ up in your life, you will no longer perish but enjoy eternal life. You are freely justified by God’s grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
