Evil summon is the conjuration of the spirits of the dead. It is the practice of necromancy. It is the ability to issue a call to convene evil spirits or the spirit of the dead to magically reveal the future or influence the course of events. It is to convoke evil spirits, human spirits for evil purposes. It is to command the service of the summoned to appear in a spiritual court. It is to call upon human spirit for specified evil action. Evil necromancers can command the spirit of someone’s life, marriage etc. to appear. They can send for, or demand the presence of a person’s spirit or the spirits behind a person’s prosperity. The spirit behind someone’s marriage, business, and greatness can be called to answer charges in an evil spiritual court of law. A necromancy is a terrible act, which is why it is forbidden by God in the bible.
When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Deuteronomy 16:18
As it is in the physical so it is in the spiritual. In the spiritual government, laws, customs and tradition exist. These evil authorities are well established and organized in controlling the affairs of men on earth. They can influence and rule even the physical government in every locality.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:12
They aim to enter into covenant with any leader from the family level, groups and all the nations of the world.

They use the physical kings, leaders in every place to deal with anyone or group of people who go contrary to their age-long established evil customs, traditions and philosophies.
The physical authorities under them in every city, family or nations can be used to summon people to a place. We have the spiritual summons and physical summons.
Physical evil summoners are those who work directly with evil spirits in a place.
And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them, Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide. And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes, And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
Acts 4:1
The physical authorities under the influence of the evil spirits in that city made them to appear at a place for questions, to answer charges. This is what is called physical evil summon by the authorities of the land.
But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.

- Every enchantment, curse and spell that is working against me, backfire, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the Goliath of my father’s house fall and die now, in the name of Jesus.
- Every evil tongue that is speaking against my life, be silenced forever, in the name of Jesus.
- Let every devourer in my family be devoured by force, in the name of Jesus.
- I shall not bow down to powers of darkness in my household, in the name of Jesus.
