A promotion is an elevation in status or responsibility, and whether it is in the workplace or in life, everyone desires to get promoted. It’s God’s gift to us. While promotion is a reward for hard work and a confirmation that you are doing a good job, we must also look to God for our promotion. However, many people are denied promotions as a result of the fierce competitions that exist in today’s world.
As a Christian, it is hard and useless to look for a promotion outside of God and His Word. A lot of times, the need to be promoted turns into desperation, causing certain people to do things they would not do under normal circumstances. People who search for promotions through many other means do not receive true promotions. Many have paid costly prices, even with their lives. Satan cannot give you a free and genuine gift. You must pay a price at the initial or later stage.

So how can you get your promotion? First, you have to be born again. If you are not already, you must be born-again before God can promote and bless you. Furthermore, you should be aware that Satan promotes, and quite easily. Even his agents and demons can do the same. But like I mentioned earlier, you must pay a price for whatever promotion he and his agents offer you, and your sorrows will increase.
No matter how long it takes, determine to trust God for your promotion and blessing. Do not let the devil prey on your desperation. In fact, avoid the devil at all costs. It is better and safer to please God, then pray and wait for His blessings and promotion, because when God’s promotion comes, every other need becomes insignificant. The truth is, your promotion will not come until you pray your way into it. As you wait on God, you should also engage in prayer.

- Heavenly father, initiate my promotion from heaven, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, promote me to unimaginable heights, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the wind of destruction destroy every enemy of my promotion, in the name of Jesus.
- Holy Ghost fire, burn every enemy of my promotion, in the name of Jesus.
- Any seed of demotion planted against me, die by force, in the name of Jesus.
- I withdraw my destiny from the captivity of failures, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, arise in Your power and promote me forever, in the name of Jesus.
- Blood of Jesus, speak promotion into my life by fire, in the name of Jesus.
