An Authentic Call after Christmas

To me, the end of Christmas every year which is not even in the Bible ends every 25th midnight. But to many, their Christmas continues in sin, celebrating Christmas without Christ in their lives. Seven days Prayer after Christmas can start from the 25th midnight of December of every year to 1st January for those who desire an engrossed encounter with the Lord. Devil’s calls also increase but I plead with you, receive Christ into your life these last days of the year. I want you to reflect on God’s faithfulness for you this year. Be reminded that as you are facing the last days of this year, the devil may have concluded his plans to end your life so as to spend eternity with him in hell.

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, if any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

(John 7:37).

A lady in the eastern part of Nigeria few years ago heard a vision of the rapture in the last 5 days of the year and ran to the church. She wanted to join the prayers of deliverance of the year. The deliverance minister refused her with an excuse that she did not register her name for the deliverance that week. She cried and begged but they said no. I also pleaded on her behalf but to no avail. On the 31st of December, five days later, she died. As these last days of the year has come, so the last days of your life on earth will one day come. Today may even be that day, so don’t delay your salvation. For some, the last days – the last hour, may come without their being ready to die and leave the world for a better place.

Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.  Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.

(Proverbs 8:4-6).

Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.  For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favor of the Lord.  But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.

(Proverbs 8:34-36)

As the last days of this year will or have finally come, Jesus is still pleading with you. He entreats enemies to be reconciled with God, sinners to seek and receive pardon, thirsty souls to drink from the waters of life and believers to launch into the deepest well of blessings to be cleansed, to be mightily prospered and abundantly provided for.

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
