College: Is School Really a Scam?

At some point, there was a popular opinion trending about the idea that school was a scam. Ironically, students in higher institutions were greatly in support of this. A few dropped out to find greener pastures because of it.

In time past, after their secondary education, children were made to decide the kind of craft they wanted to learn because educations seemed like a solid waste of money. It is disturbing  to know that this practice probably still exists. Being uneducated in this sophisticated world can be very costly. It can limit and relegate a you to a pit. Having privileged and educated people does not make it any easier as their increasing need to become more sophisticated  with every passing day makes them despise uneducated people.

Sadly, but true, uneducated youths trouble societies and destroy other people’s destinies. A school provides learning and instruction. It is a place where students are taught. A school helps you to broaden your wisdom and knowledge. Just like God was Adams’ first instructor, parents or guardians are the best instructors one can get. He put Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden and provided everything they needed, but they were not diligent enough to obey all his instructions.

“And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die”

Genesis 2:15-17

Just as easily, people who are uneducated can lose their places in life and hand the control of their destinies to their enemies. Education is one of the key ways to get ahead and sadly when you do not have that, you leave yourself at the mercies of your enemies.
