False Prophets and their Influence
There are many false prophetess and prophets that has overcome many pastors, church leaders and their members. They used witchcraft powers to bewitch everyone in the church and they now operate without challenge. Those who dare challenge them are under attack and as a result, they silence everyone and operate without opposition.
‘Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not’ (Revelation 2:20-21).
The one Jesus discovered in the church in Thyatira was allowed to operate like Jezebel. She took over the teaching department in the church with seductive spirits. Many great servants of God in that church was seduced and influenced to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idols. She had the opportunity to repent many times but like a pig, she was so domineering that even some true servants of God were victims to fornications. She was a specialist in putting people under the yoke of sin for compulsory evil actions. She is called Jezebel because she had the ability to force, influence or compel people to commit fornication. She can get whatever she wants by any means at all cost. Like the Jezebel of the Old Testament, wrote a letter, sealed it with the senior pastor’s name and signature to get anything she wants. Such people with Jezebel’s spirit have entered into many pastors, God’s servant and use their names to get whatever they wanted. The elders of the church are under their command because she has seduced some with gifts, sexual immorality or witchcraft powers.
The Jezebel Spirit in the Church of Thyatira
‘And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite. So she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Naboth. And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people: And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die’ (1 Kings 21:7-10).
They can organize any program, get information and prophesy accurately without solving any problem. She can set uncompromising victims up, raise alarm and influence people to tell lies against people. Many false prophets, prophetess is in charge of many congregations today. Any branch pastors who refuse to bow to her seductive demand are flamed up, sacked, removed from their branch to the village to go and prove their ministry. She has killed people’s ministries, marriages and starved many God’s servant to death with arrows of witchcrafts. Many have lost their ministries and faith in Christ as a result of their constant attacks. Jezebel spirits has taken over many ministries. Some of them has killed overseer’s wives or forced them to divorce to marry them. They now control everything in the church through the general overseer and turned God’s church into private company. Many women’s womb are closed, others are suffering from marital delays and hostilities in marriage.
The Destructive Actions of Jezebel Spirits
They spread immoral spirits, sinful lifestyles and weakness in the congregations. They empower their agents to seduce God’s servants, members of the church to make sure that they are unfit for heaven. They fire arrows of problems into people’s life, prophesy to them and cause them to come under their control. The actions of filthy prophets have taken many pastors away from God. They operate in diverse ways and many of them are unnoticed. Some are visibly operating, why many operate through ministers in charge. They speak through pastors, leaders in authority and such class of filthy prophets and prophetess are difficult to dictate. Some of them who succeeded in getting married to pastors, leaders are in control through such leaders. Their voices and actions are delivered through anyone they possess.
‘And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him. And he reared up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal, which he had built in Samaria. And Ahab made a grove; and Ahab did more to provoke the LORD God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel that were before him’ (1 Kings 16:31-33).
Ministers who are possessed with the spirit of Jezebel are wicked but they become more wicked when they are bewitched to marry women or men with such spirits. Once they possess a pastor, an overseer, the one in charge of any group, their first aim is to destroy the good people around their victim. They flame up righteous people, frustrate holiness teachers and replace them with their agents. They frustrate good ministers within and without the ministry. If you insist on remaining, they will place you under attacks, problems until they kill your ministry and force you to compromise. If you go out, they will still attack you to make sure you do not succeed in ministry, business or anything you try to do. Jezebel spirit’s target is against God’s true servants and their anointing.
‘For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water’ (1 Kings 18:4). ‘Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel’s table’ (1 Kings 18:19).
