The Majesty of the Throne
Who is this person that sat on the throne that attracted the whole attention of John and dominated his whole being? Who is this personality that he said looked like a Jasper and a Sardine stone and rainbow about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald? Who is this person that had the power to sit on a throne that produced lightning and thundering, voices with seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are seven spirits of God?
A throne like sea of glass and crystal, with four beasts, round about it, filled with eyes, before and behind. Who can approach this throne? Who can battle against this throne and relate with the personality sitting upon the throne? In answer to these questions, He is God, who quickeneth all things, who is blessed and only potentate… who only has immortality… to whom be honor and power everlasting.
The Eternal Throne
John saw the splendor of God’s throne and the glory of God. The rainbow round about the throne of God shows God’s faithfulness and mercy to the redeemed. This throne is not a throne that comes and goes. It is God’s throne with the scepter of His kingdom, a right scepter that lasts forever and ever without stop. This throne of all thrones with all power of all powers without end is greatly great to behold.
‘Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre’ (Psalms 45:6).
‘But the LORD shall endure forever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment. And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness’ (Psalms 9:7-8).
The Throne of True Justice
God who sat on the throne lasts forever, the throne itself last forever and the throne is prepared for true judgment, righteous judgment that endures forever. If you are experiencing injustice here on earth, approach this throne and He that sat on it. He is the final judge who can judge your judge on earth, reverse every evil judgment, pronouncements against you and give you true justice, righteous justice because He ministers justice to people that come to Him in uprightness.
He is the judge of the world. Other ministries of justice and their ministers are subject to Him. He can reverse the judgment in the Supreme Courts of the nations of the world and get his children free. Lawmakers of all the cities, states and nations of the world are under Him. This throne can reverse whatever verdict, pronouncement against you.
‘When a man’s ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him’ (Proverbs 16:7).
If you meet His standard, reconcile with Him by repenting and confess your sins, you will obtain justice. Every satanic verdict bows at His pronouncements. This throne is not just in heaven, it is prepared in the heaven of heavens and this kingdom ruleth over all kingdoms. If your attackers, oppressors or your problems are coming from household enemies, witchcraft kingdom, the water kingdom, once you please God, the one that sits on this throne that ruleth over all, you will be delivered.
‘The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all’ (Psalms 103:19).
‘Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? And where is the place of my rest?’ (Isaiah 66:1).
God’s throne is in the heaven and the earth and her activities is God’s footstool. Make peace with Him, please God and your enemies will bow.
‘And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them’ (Revelation 20:11).
If you have access to this throne, your enemies will not be able to stand against you. It is a throne of peace for those who have relationship with the Prince of Peace. It is a throne of God, who rules and reigns over all. If at the face of He who sits on this throne the earth and heaven ran away, your enemies, problems and all that oppose you will abandon you. If you bring your case file, matters of life to this throne, your enemy’s activities over your life will flee away and they will not find any place in your life and whatever you do on earth. The worshippers in this throne are true worshippers, holy worshippers and everlasting worshippers.
‘And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever, The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created’ (Revelation 4:6-11).
The first beasts…rest not day and night, saying, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty. Who are these Beasts? Here the word translated Beast in Revelation 13:1.
‘And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy’ (Revelation 13:1).
‘The lion’ means “vicious, wild Beast” referring to the antichrist. The four living creatures are representatives of angelic beings.
‘Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man’ (Ezekiel 1:5).
‘As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle’ (Ezekiel 1:10). ‘As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning’ (Ezekiel 1:13-14).
