“And there was a great cry of the people and of their wives against their brethren the Jews. For there were that said, we, our sons, and our daughters, are many: therefore, we take up corn for them, that we may eat, and live. Some also there were that said, we have mortgaged our lands, vineyards, and houses, that we might buy corn, because of the dearth. There were also that said, we have borrowed money for the king’s tribute, and that upon our lands and vineyards. Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children: and, lo, we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants, and some of our daughters are brought unto bondage already: neither is it in our power to redeem them; for other men have our lands and vineyards. And I set a great assembly against them. And I said unto them, we after our ability have redeemed our brethren the Jews, which were sold unto the heathen; and will ye even sell your brethren? or shall they be sold unto us? Then held they their peace, and found nothing to answer. Also, I said, it is not good that ye do: ought ye not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the heathen our enemies? I likewise, and my brethren, and my servants, might exact of them money and corn: I pray you, let us leave off this usury. Restore, I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth part of the money, and of the corn, the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them. Then said they, we will restore them, and will require nothing of them; so, will we do as thou sayest. Then I called the priests, and took an oath of them, that they should do according to this promise. Also, I shook my lap, and said, so God shake out every man from his house, and from his labor, that performeth not this promise, even thus be he shaken out, and emptied. And the entire congregation said, Amen, and praised the LORD. And the people did according to this promise” (Nehemiah 5:1-13).
I command every part of my life to receive freedom and perfect deliverance from evil powers. Any evil power that is keeping me in bondage and has vowed never to let me go, you are a liar, fall down and die now, in the name of Jesus. I receive freedom and victory from the grip of evil and marine powers. I decree against every stubborn evil power that has vowed to useless my life in satanic prison, in the name of Jesus.
I take authority over this day and I command my freedom to appear, in the name of Jesus. I decree against any evil power holding me in bondage and I command its bondage to be broken into pieces. Let all elemental forces assigned to keep me down scatter in shame. I speak destruction unto the powers from the water that are tormenting my life.
The Power of God deliver me from every Evil Power
Let the power of God deliver me from every evil power that has vowed to eliminate my life. I pull down every negative structure built to block my advancement. Any evil power uttering incantations to capture my destiny and waste it, fall down and die by fire, in the name of Jesus. Let witchcraft prayers fail woefully in my life and backfire by force, in the name of Jesus. Any power holding me down in the tail region, release me and fall down and die.
“And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them” (Deuteronomy 28:13).
Every satanic force that has been delegated to waste my life, scatter and be put to shame forever. Blood of Jesus, flow into my foundation and set my body, soul and spirit free from every manner of captivity. Let that hand that is holding me down be cut off permanently. Any giant in the battlefield, contesting against my life, I cut off your head, die and die again, in the name of Jesus.
“Then said David to the Philistine, thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcasses of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S and he will give you into our hands. And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. So, David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David. Therefore, David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled” (1 Samuel 17:45-51).
Victory over the Armies of the Philistines
I receive victory over the armies of the Philistines and I scatter them in the wilderness by force. I decree against the giant of Philistines and I command him to fall down and die. I cut off the head of Goliath with his own sword, in the name of Jesus.
“Therefore, David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled. And the men of Israel and of Judah arose, and shouted, and pursued the Philistines, until thou come to the valley, and to the gates of Ekron and the wounded of the Philistines fell down by the way to Shaaraim, even unto Gath, and unto Ekron. And the children of Israel returned from chasing after the Philistines, and they spoiled their tents. And David took the head of the Philistine, and brought it to Jerusalem; but he put his armor in his tent” (1 Samuel 17:51-54).
Let the armies on the side of God arise and shout against the armies of the enemy. I decree against the evil forces of darkness, spiritually and physically. Any sickness in my life that is on a suicide mission, I cast you out, fall down and die. I decree against every power of witchcraft in my life.
Blood of Jesus, flow into my foundation and deliver me from every destructive sickness and disease, in the name of Jesus. Any evil altar, blocking my perfect victory, be roasted by the fire of the Holy Spirit. Let the anointing that breaks every yoke break the yoke of marine spirits in my life, in the name of Jesus.
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death” (Revelation 12:11).
I decree perfect victory over all powers of darkness, in the name of Jesus.

- Any power that is eating up my joy and peace, die, in the name of Jesus.
- By the power in the name of Jesus, I command my deliverance to appear, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, release Your divine favor into my life by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Every seed of evil in my life, come out and die, in the name of Jesus.
- I cut my life off from powers of darkness assigned to waste my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Every bondage of poverty in my life, break, in the name of Jesus.
- Every evil foundation, laid by my ancestors, collapse, in the name of Jesus.
- Let territorial powers that have captured my progress release it and die, in the name of Jesus.
